Kellie is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and she also holds Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM); Provincial Instructor’s Diploma (PID); and a Continuing Adult Education Certificate (CACE), and she is a Licenced Profession Private Investigator through the BC Ministry of Justice.
Kellie has been a frequent guest on CKNW as an expert in human resources issues such as bullying and harassment, wrongful terminations, human rights and addictions. She has had articles in the Expert Opinions column of Business in Vancouver, Wired, E-Zine, and BC Human Resources publications. Kellie has also spoken at conferences through Lorman and Infonex on topics of employment policy development, bullying and harassment and conducting workplace investigations.
She facilitates interactive workshops to ensure that everyone can share experiences in a safe, welcoming environment. She is passionate about learning – as are her partners – and this is what sets them apart.
Kellie sat on the BC HRMA Advisory Council in the Central Interior for 4 years and held portfolios on membership orientations and communications. She also sat on the Board of Directors as the HR Director with the Kamloops affiliation of Habitat for Humanity.
