New Quest Coaching & Consulting has grown tremendously from where it began. It is an example of how - with a little bit of leadership and teamwork - a small idea from an unexpected place can be turned into something successful.
Where did we start? While working towards being a certified mountain guide, Shane had some feedback from a client he was guiding on a mountain adventure. The conversation was about team building activities in the backcountry. That conversation became the genesis of a leadership coaching company idea, which became New Quest Coaching & Consulting soon after.
