Tom Volkers - Headwaters Forest District

In Shane Jensen’s work with the Headwaters Forest District, I found Shane to be a consultant with whom it is easy to work with. He listens well and asks the necessary questions to understand the issues that need to be addressed. His individual interviews with staff, and summary document were well done. From my perspective he was able to establish a level of trust with our staff. Our follow-up group session that he facilitated to help us explore options for improvement went well also. At the end of our group session, we had documented action items and a commitment from the management team to follow through on these action items with the support of our staff.
